A grand time was had by all at the Annual COSSAR July Picnic at Fort Lupton on July 25, 2009. A slideshow of the event proceedings is presented below. We burned powder like smoke and oakum down at the firing range at Fort Lupton, a project of the South Platte Valley Historical Society.

Prior to 2009, the Annual COSSAR July Picnic was held at the beautiful Castlewood Canyon State Park, southeast of Castle Rock, Colorado.
