COSSAR Compatriots may transfer between COSSAR Chapters or into or out of an At Large status by completing the Chapter Transfer Form. If the Compatriot now belongs to a Chapter, he completes the first part of the form and submits it to his current Chapter Secretary. The Compatriot completes the first part of the form and submits it to the COSSAR Treasurer if he is currently an At Large member. The form may be signed "electronically" by inserting his name following the /s/ on the signature line and attaching the form to an e-mail. If a check must be included for the Receiving Chapter, the form should be printed and mailed. The COSSAR Recording Secretary is the one who ultimately completes the Transfer, updates the COSSAR records and the NSSAR Membership Data Base, and notifies all the parties that the Transfer is completed.
