Process:

Please contact the Registrar as above and he will send you an information packet about the SAR, the lineage documentation requirements and information on how to complete an application.  Please download, complete and send our latest
COSSAR 2010 BROCHURE to get you started.

An online editable Acrobat.pdf application form is available from the National SAR website at:

After you enter some basic information on the application form, save a copy of it on your PC. From that point forward you can continue to make modifications to the version on your PC. When you feel you have all the required information entered and in the proper format for submission, attach a copy of the application to an e-mail to the Registrar at the above e-mail address. He will review it and work with you finalize it.

After your application is ready for submission, the Registrar will print a copy on the offical SAR Watermarked Archival Quality paper and mail it to you for your signature. He will also send you a copy both of which should be signed and returned to him. He keeps the copy and sends the original to SAR headquarters along with your documentation. You should retain an organized copy of all documentation and a copy of your application.
