chose the CHARTERED BUS (7a-9p) for those coming from the Front Range Area!  We have room for 56, first come, first served!

ACTIVITIES PLANNED:
Get a taste of rural life on an early 20th century fruit ranch.
Don't miss the actual Uintah Railroad trestle and cars, and antique road building equipment.
Cross Orchards is on the National Register of Historic Places and is part of the Museum of Western Colorado.
  • From 11 AM to 5 PM
  • Noon: Color Guard will Post the Colors
  • 12:45 Lunch Bell Rings
  • 1 PM: Lunch with General George Washington (Garry Brewer) catered by Famous Daves Bar-B-Que, Cost $15 per person
  • Gift Shop Open
  • Blacksmith Shop in operation
  • Grand Valley Model Railroad Club in operation
  • Territorial Daughters showing restored workers bunkhouse
DIRECTIONS

Cross Orchards is located at 3073 'F' Road (Patterson Rd.) in Grand Junction, Colorado
  • Coming from the East or West on Interstate 70, Exit 37 Clifton,. Turn right on 'F" Road (1st Traffic Light). Cross Orchards will be on the left 2.3 miles from Interstate 70.
  • Coming from the South Route 50. Turn right on Rd 141 (32 Road) Follow 32 Road to 'F" Road, turn left on 'F' Road. Cross Orchards on left 7 miles from Rt. 50.
