The COSSAR Color Guards' primary duty involves Posting the Colors at SAR events when requested.
We strive to perform Honor Guards to pay tribute to compatriots at Memorial Services.

We also are involved with Community Out-Reach events such as:

School Presentations
Posting the Colors for Special & Patriotic Public Events
Conducting Retiring Ceremonies for the National Flag (including performing the 13 folds)
Participating in Living History Programs

We strongly believe these events allow the public to much more vividly experience what it was like living during the American Revolution.  We give thanks that we live in the land of the free they provided us.
