| The Grand Mesa Chapter members of the Sons of the American Revolution enjoyed a great day at the Grand Junction, 4th of July, 2010 parade, honoring their patriot ancestors by showing the colors and some of the uniforms worn by their family members who served in the American Revolution. Terry Hammer Jr worn an 1880 Army Uniform that was worn in Mesa County during that time period. It was a great 4th of July, for those wearing warm wool uniforms, because the wind came up, it rained a little and cool the wearers off. |
